It is owned by Canadian franchisor MTY Food Group. [1] The chain emphasizes fresh ingredients, each restaurant featuring a self-serve salsa bar.
Faint remnants of the former restaurant’s logo are still visible where they were torn off the exterior. Baja Fresh lasted for almost two decades in the spot after opening there in early 2003.
